DOCUMENTS

What to keep ready.

Most MSME files need the same three stacks. Get these lined up before you shortlist.

01GST / UdyamLast 12 months of GST returns, or Udyam registration if you are still early. Phone photos are usually fine to start.
02Banking12 months of current-account statements. Lenders read cash flow, not pitch decks.
03KYCPAN and Aadhaar of authorised signatories. Keep them ready so the file does not stall.

WHY BANKS SAY NO

Most declines are fixable.

A “no” without a reason just repeats. Once you know the reason, you can act on it.

Outside lending area

Some banks only fund certain PIN codes or cities. We route you to lenders that cover yours.

Fixable
Business under 3 years

Younger businesses fail vintage rules at some banks - NBFCs and newer grids still fit.

Fixable
Incomplete GST filings

Gaps read as risk. Catching up on the last 12 months reopens compliance-led grids.

FAQ

Quick answers.

What is a soft bureau check?

A soft pull is done with your consent and does not lower your CIBIL score. A hard enquiry - the one banks run at sanction - can. We never run a hard pull from this site.

Working capital or term loan?

Working capital and OD/CC suit inventory and day-to-day cash cycles. Term loans and equipment finance suit a specific capex or expansion ticket. Your shortlist will say which product each lender prefers.

Do I need collateral?

Not for every product. Many working-capital lines are unsecured. LAP and some term loans are secured. The shortlist labels which.
